WARRANTY PROVISIONS
a. Hostile Control Tactics™ warrants that all high-risk security training courses and products sold to the United States government agencies or commercial entities are merchantable, conform to or exceed government quality standards, and are deemed suitable for the specific purpose described in the Task Order.
b. Hostile Control Tactics™ holds valid ‘Certificates of Competency’ relevant to the accreditation of education and training offered. This includes the procurement of contingency contracting services by government agencies or primes in compliance with the following;
- Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR) SUBPART 237.1,
- Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 48 CFR Part 12 52.212.5, (FY18)
- National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), and
- the American National Standard Institute (ANSI) PSC.1-2012.
c. Hostile Control Tactics™ has achieved independent certification to (ISO) standard 18788-2015 – a worldwide standard for security contractors and organizations.
ISO 18788:2015 is the internationally accepted quality assurance standard for business and risk management operations for security contractors or organizations. As described on ISO’s website, ISO is “an independent, non-governmental international organization with a membership of 161 national standards bodies,” (http://www.iso.org/iso/home/about.htm). ISO 18788:2015 certification represents the highest quality assurance benchmark of excellence attainable. Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS) 52.225-7039 recognizes ISO standard 18788-2015 as an acceptable alternative to the ANSI PSC. 1-2012 standard.
