QUALITY ASSURANCE WARRANTY

a. Hostile Control Tactics™ warrants that all high threat security training courses developed for and sold to the United States government or commercial entities contracted to the same, are merchantable, conform to or exceed government quality standards, and are deemed suitable for the specific purpose described in the Task Order.

b. On an annual basis, Hostile Control Tactics™ updates all pertinent registrations and certifications with DNB, SBA, ORCA, and NATO to maintain qualifications for procurement of contingency contracting services by government agencies or primes.

c. Hostile Control Tactics does hereby affirm and warrants that services sold and delivered to federal government agencies comply with all directives, instructions, and rules contained in the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR) SUBPART 237.1, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 48 CFR Part 12 52.212.5, (FY18) National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), and American National Standard Institute (ANSI) PSC.1-2012.

d. Conformance to ANSI PSC. 1-2012 Standard. Be it known that Hostile Control Tactics™ has passed a thorough audit and conformity assessment of internal management systems and business processes based on ANSI/ASIS PSC.1-2012 standards. A Certificate of Conformance is on file bearing record of the same.

ANSI/ASIS PSC.1-2012 is a management standard for quality of private security company operations. The standard seeks to operationalize the International Code of Conduct (ICoC) within a formal structure familiar to businesses. That structure, with national and international supervision, provides auditable procedures for the development of the standard, certification to it, and monitoring of ongoing compliance.^[2] It incorporates elements of the Montreux Document.
